From summer garden parties and corporate team days to wedding receptions, we bring the grill and cook fresh at your venue. Choose a chef-served BBQ station, where guests come up for food straight from the grill, or a sharing feast, where we bring platters of grilled dishes, seasonal salads and sauces to your tables. Think lemon and coriander prawn skewers, jerk cauliflower steaks and smoky garlic sauce. If you're planning the whole celebration, ask us about arrival canapés, children's options, desserts and late-night food.

What we take care of
You'll deal directly with Marco as we plan your menu and service. On the day, we bring the cooking equipment, set up, cook, serve your guests and clear down afterwards. We'll check access, where we'll cook and what cover can be arranged in wet weather. Your quote sets out staffing, service timings, plates and cutlery, and any extras before you book.
