The short answer
Choose a BBQ if your guests want variety, like burgers, steak and skewers, or if you have lots of children. Choose paella for a relaxed, Mediterranean feel at a good price per head. Both are cooked live at your venue, and they work well together for a long day.

Choice and variety
A BBQ gives guests lots to choose from. Our Primero menu has burgers, sausages, Korean chicken skewers and tikka paneer. Segundo and Tercero step up to rump steak, king prawns, rib-eye and salmon. Paella is one standout dish with salads and sourdough.
Price per head
Paella is the better value at £20.00 per person plus VAT, compared with BBQ menus from £25.00 per person plus VAT.
Dietary needs
Both handle mixed groups well. BBQs have proper vegetarian and vegan dishes on the grill. With paella, you can split between two pans, one of them vegetable.
Weather
Both are cooked outside or under cover, so both need a plan for rain. We'll agree where we'll cook and what cover we need with you or your venue.
