The short answer
Our 2027 wedding packages start at From £72.00 per adult incl. VAT. That covers a three-course wedding breakfast, professional chefs, uniformed serving staff and a named catering lead on the day. The Signature package, From £84.00 per adult incl. VAT, adds a canapé reception and tea and coffee after the meal. Platinum day and evening, From £108.00 per adult incl. VAT, runs from canapés on arrival right through to evening food.
Wedding prices are shown including VAT, so the number you see is the number you pay per adult. Most other catering is quoted plus VAT, which is worth remembering when you compare caterers.
What a per-head price should include
When you compare quotes, check what sits behind the number. A low price per head can grow quickly once staff, crockery and service are added. With our wedding packages, the price includes:
- A three-course meal, with bread and butter or a plant spread
- Chefs and uniformed serving staff for the meal
- A named catering lead who works with your venue
- Vegetarian and vegan alternatives at no extra cost
What changes the total
Four things move a wedding catering budget more than anything else:
- Guest numbers. The biggest factor. Final numbers are confirmed 28 days before the day.
- The day of the week. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays carry a surcharge, so a Friday wedding can save money.
- Evening food. If your evening guests are different from your day guests, budget for them separately. Our evening food starts at From £12.75 pp plus VAT.
- Travel and access. We price travel from our kitchen in Liverpool L27, and the planner shows it up front from your postcode.
Children and dietary needs
Children aged 3 to 11 have their own three-course menu at £30.00 per child incl. VAT. Under-threes are quoted on what they will eat. Guests who are vegetarian or vegan get a full meal with the same care and presentation, and there's no surcharge for it.
Count your evening-only guests separately from your day guests. It's the most common gap we see in wedding food budgets.
A worked example
Take 80 day guests on the Classic package and 30 extra evening guests. The day meal is 80 × the Classic price. Evening food is then priced for everyone at the party that night, day and evening guests together, so 110 servings. Add any weekend surcharge and travel, and you have a realistic total. The event planner does this sum for you in about a minute.
