The essential small print we ask you to read.
Four Seasons Catering Company have the exclusive right to provide refreshments consisting of Food, Liqueurs and other Beverages at your event. Items of this nature cannot be brought onto the site.
The number of guests are based on numbers booked and this will be the minimum number charged. The price quoted per head is based on minimum numbers advised in respect of the menu chosen at the point of confirmation. The company reserve the right to upwardly revise the price quoted per head if the said minimum of guests is not achieved.
Functions that are more than 12 calendar months away will be liable to an increase in charges of 5% above Bank of England base rate.
In respect of those clients that do not have credit facilities, a deposit will be required of £500.00 to secure the service of Four Seasons Catering Company (non-refundable). Full payment is required no later than 28 days prior to the day of the event. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Full payment is required, less deposit. Deposits are not refundable.
Made between 28 days prior to the event will be charged 100%.
Made between 28 days & 56 days will be charged 50%
Made Between 56 days & 84 days will be charged 25%
Confirmed bookings must be made in writing / online booking form enclosing a non-returnable deposit. The minimum deposit is 25% of the whole booking.
All prices quoted are for a minimum number of 50 persons. For smaller numbers, we will be pleased to make a separate quotation. The final number must be given 14 days before the event, after which the number may be increased but not decreased.
All descriptions of Menu items will be adhered to where possible, subject to availability. In the event that produce is not available a suitable alternative will be substituted without prior consent.
It is the responsibility of the organisers to ensure that tables and chairs are set out in accordance with your wishes ready for our staff to lay-up the tables.
If any agreement is signed in the name of a corporation, partnership, association, club or society, the persons so signing represents and warrants to Four Seasons Catering Company that he or she has full authority to sign such contract and, in the event that he or she is not so authorised, he or she will be personally liable for the faithful performance of this Agreement.
Liability for damage to equipment, fittings or fixtures is entirely the responsibility of the client as organiser of the event. The said liability includes liability for any consequential losses or charges levied as a result of the said damage by any member of the client’s party. Should the cancellation of the event be necessary as a result of such damage, then the cost of the function in total will become due and payable by the client.
Please download, sign and return the terms_and_conditions_2015.pdf as confirmation. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate. A non-returnable deposit of £500.00 is required for all private bookings to secure the required date.
Bookings are for a minimum of 4 hours. Hours worked beyond those will be charged standard rate £15.00 after midnight or bank holidays will be £17.50 per hour, or parts there of calculated in ½ hr increments.
All staff will be paid directly by the client on the day of the event.
Government Food Hygiene regulations
Under the Government Food Hygiene regulations all cold food should be consumed within FOUR hours of delivery. Hot food should be consumed within 2 hours, thereafter it is your responsibility when food which is left unsupervised by the consent of the organiser is NOT covered under our Public Liability Insurance.
Where accounts have been sanctioned, payment will be required 30 days after the start of the event. The company reserve the right to charge 2.5% per month on all outstanding balances. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. If payment is to be made by credit card, there will be an additional 3% added to the final account.
Four Seasons Catering Company will not be liable if we cannot perform our obligations under the agreement.
Four Seasons Catering Company may terminate the agreement liability of any nature upon return of deposit.
Four Seasons Catering Company will not be liable for consequential damage of any nature for any reason as a result of any act or circumstance beyond reasonable control including but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, fire, flood, accident or act of war.
